C&C Catering Fabrications Ltd is delighted to have completed its latest project at Pullman Hotel in Liverpool on the city’s iconic waterfront. The 216 bedroom hotel required fabrications for its dining facilities, which was created by C&C Catering Fabrications Ltd at their Kirkby based premises.

Fabrication included a multipurpose chef’s table/buffet area, with the creation of a partly contact cooled frost top to be used as a buffet area for cold produce in the mornings, and transformed into a premium offer chef’s table for a dining experience in the evening, offering a view across the pass into the kitchen.

A stone top was also installed on top of the pass to match that of the chef’s table/buffet area, as well as being heated from underneath to allow a hot breakfast serving area in the mornings.
