Mamma Mia! The Party

As a huge operation delivering 500 covers, Mamma Mia! The Party required professional catering environments to provide a reliable and seamless experience for its customers. C&C therefore worked across several areas, namely the main kitchen, bar areas, and cellar cooling, with main brands on the scheme including C&C Catering Fabrications, Rational, Hobart and Foster, with Keith Winton Design as Consultant.
