C&C Catering Fabrications Ltd is pleased to have completed one of its latest projects at the impressive COYA Angel Court in London, a restaurant bringing Latin America to the heart of the capital.

Due to the size and offerings of the restaurant, food preparation and cooking spread over three kitchens, including the bar area and stores, main kitchen, prep areas and fish prep area, dishwash area and the main coldroom.
